We all experience overwhelming emotions that we can’t make sense of, struggle with unhealthy outlets for emotional safety, have insecurities in our relationships when our needs don’t get met, and find it safer at times to hide our real selves from others.
Whatever type of therapy you seek, we will collaborate to expand your self-awareness, take intentional action towards your goals, and gently look inward to deeply nurture the parts of you that need healing. My approach is integrative and holistic, attending to your psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
I’ll bring empathy, a lot of compassion, and a bit of humour to our work together.
My practice is informed by current research in neurobiology, mindfulness, creativity, and resilience. I utilize both talk therapy and body-based interventions, depending on your needs and comfort. My work is client-centred, strengths-based, relational, and trauma-informed.
Peace, hope, and healing are possible with a little bit of guidance. I’m grateful that your search has led you here. It would be a great privilege to hear your story and to help you work through life’s inevitable challenges.

You are not a problem to be solved. You are a person whose experiences make sense in the context of your story, your relationships, and the world around you. Together we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that have shaped your life, not to judge or eliminate parts of yourself, but to understand them with compassion and curiosity. I work with individuals and couples, with a real passion for burnout, perimenopause, menopause, and life transitions, exploring issues through the lens of the complicated systems in which we work, live and relate.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to your unique needs. We’ll draw from evidence-informed approaches to help you understand yourself better, shift patterns, and create change that feels authentic and lasting. We’ll use approaches that work with your present-moment emotional and nervous system experience to support meaningful change.
